I'm quite excited as I'm going to sign up to my gym for a 12 week Body for Life course. I'm already a member but just go once every now and then, and just walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes while I watch the TV! It's a new plan they have coming out and you have to commit yourslef for the 12 weeks to 6 days a week of exercise, one cardio and the next weights. They also give you a diet guide and a journal, and weight you and measure you at intervals. When I used to watch Celeb Fit Club I thought that's just what I need, someone to give me a kick up the bum and keep an eye on me. I'm really looking forward to doing this and hope I get the results I'd like.
