I found that taking them in the morning rather than at night was better. Taking them at night gave me really bad nights. Not nightmares really but really dark dreams.

That was aslo when my sleepless nights started. I swopped. Dont get the dark dreams but still have sleepless nights.

I also had leg pains - still do. Had some blood tests twice but both came back clear and they cannot seem to find out what the cause is.

I think, like you ladies, I am going to go back. I dont think it does any harm to have an MOT . HAVE to have one on our cars, why not our bodies.
