it's a brilliant diet for a short time. I think it's too extreme to follow for any length of time though, i lost quite a lot on it but eventually started to crave things like yoghurt and bananas ! not bad things i know, but NOT allowed on Atkins ! i also had loads more energy as i've now found that too many carbs make me feel really tired, eating a jacket potato nearly sends me to sleep ! I think Slimming World is a better balanced diet to follow, nothing is banned.
