I agree with all the above, we have a lot of BBQs and I always serve little new potatoes (the Charlotte ones are good) hot/warm with butter and chopped parsley, plenty of them as people keep eating when they are cold. I keep the work to the minimum, simple green salad and bowls of cherry toms. I always do a coleslaw as its so easy, prepared a.m. Chop a small green cabbage, chop into small pieces an onion and grate some carrot. mayo, s&p. The choices of salad are endless, but keep it simple and no pressure....Enjoy....
