MM DAY 170: I have done my 15 x 2 have you??

HI Ladies After meeting Dec yesterday and seeing how trim and toned she is, I have decided to take her advice of 15 squats, arm curls and tummy crunches twice a day. I have also added 15 x 2 Ballett plie to for those jiggly inner thighs. Anybody else got any quick tone tips?
