Weightwatchers, Slimming World, Rosemary Conley..it doesn't matter.

You need to do 2 things.

Firstly, you need to WANT to lose weight. Not just think you need to, or it would change your life, or it's a quick fix.

Secondly, it's not a diet. It's not a slimming thing. It's a lifestyle change.

It's a rethink your life, your eating habits.

It's taken me years and diets to get to this state - but I've lost 3 stone, very slowly, eating well, and still drinking wine!

Sliiming Clubs cheer a big weight losse each week, but that is hard to sustain, then you feel you have failed, so you comfort eat.

Half a pound a week is nearly 2 stone a year - and you can do that without any real sacrifice to your lifestyale.

Good luck -AND ENJOY THE DIET!!!! Asparagus and glass of wine - perfect.!
