Hi everyone, I love the magic numbers, I do squats with 2 soft spikey balls between me and the wall, they help the achey back. One can dream of a toy boy but I don't think I'd have enough energy for one in real life!!! Managed to go swimming today in the hydro pool and really enjoyed stretching and moving there. Not too busy either so lots of space to swim/jog etc. Have to do ironing now so will try and do some pilates at the same time. Have a good time with your sister Dec and I hope the weather is kind to you. Cecilia
