Hi dec and all! A long walk was planned for OH and me today, were going to take picnic and be gone for the day (child-free weekend for us). Saw the weather forecast this morning - thunder storms for the Midlands - and changed our plan to a shorter walk this morning. Enjoyed it, walked from home along the canal (stopping for coffee and scones!). Apart from a spot of rain at about 5pm, the weather has been lovely, so we could have stuck to plan a - grrrr! Still managed 10,000 steps target though (just). Love the Magic Numbers advice, but will replace squats with exercises for my muffin top!
