BeachBabe you are not alone - Ive struggled with my weight ever since I had my children. We all know the right things to eat but its sticking to it I find hard - Im really impressed with Rugby Mothers approach and it sounds like a good way to think about weight loss. I think we expect too much of ourselves and fail miserably - then go on a binge and put it all on again. Maybe if we cut out one thing a week ie. crisps or chocolate and reduced our snacks - is that how it works? As from tomorrow Im giving up chocolate!!!! I will let you know how i get on.
