Beach Babe if your Thyroid isn't functioning properly you will be feeling awful and it's very difficult to feel motivated feeling like that. I think the main thing you can do is to start feeling positive about yourself and loving yourself as you are now.Do things you enjoy doing and try not to focus on your weight too much. Have you checked out FF and MM posts on here they may help you not to feel alone in your struggles.Even if you don't want to join us FFs I would suggest that you get PMKs ,book and Cd "I can make you thin"Listening to his tape should help you feel more positive about yourself and,if you follow his rules ,you will lose weight.I put weight on because of a thyroid problem and have managed to lose it now with the help from this Forum and I'm sure you could too.
