Hi DMB, A couple of suggestions would be to avoid all alcohol for the week and have very little at the reception.Try and drink lots of water instead.If you never touch alcohol this will be a completely useless bit of advice,sorry.
Try to plan light meals for the coming week ,with lots of vegetables and fruit.
And try and increase your exercise levels,listen to PMK and relax!
On the day itself try to move around as much as possible to help your Lymph system do it's job properly and stop you swellnig up too much.Also try and give yourself a bit of a leg massage,using sweeping strokes upwards from your ankles using firm strokes,this may stop your feet giving you problems.
Definitely put the PMk rules into practise at the reception.If you eat too much you will feel uncomfortable and won't really enjoy it.
