Reading some of the recent MM posts has made me realise that we now have a very friendly,supportive group going.I feel that I know people I haven't met and it's good to know that MM posts are really making a difference to our lives I've done my squats,sit ups,arm exercises today and wouldn't be even thinking of doing them if MM didn't exist.Group power works! I also walk much more than I ever did and actually enjoy it too. Since being in the MM gang I've lost weight,my blood pressure has lowered,my kidneys are functioning properly,they weren't before I started this, and I've made friends.Great results,thanks for your support everyone. Anyone can be in the MM gang,you just need to want to be a bit fitter and to join in with us by doing whatever you can to Move a bit More each day.
