This is my thought for today - as it's the thing I'm worst at. PMK talks about a scale of 1-10, where 1 is starving (literally) and 10 is bloated. I think I normally eat until about 8 on the scale, whereas 6 or 7 would be perfectly adequate - as pmk says,if you get hungry again, you can have something else to eat.
so that's my goal for today - stop a bit sooner - anyone want to join me?
