Re: DAY 447.........WEIGH IN RESULTS...

Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lost my first stone the pmk way and am so delighted. I feel a little guilty posting my delight, but know from postings that we are all here for each other to either celebrate or commiserate. My OH has noticed such a difference in my stamina, as well as my figure and my attitude to life.

Well done to everyone for just staying with pmk, having the courage to post good and not so good results and to support each other. This is what makes us all the stronger and determined to follow pmk or we wouldn't be on here would we?

Gilley ( and anyone else feeling down from their weigh in) as I said yesterday from a point of gaining 6lbs pre pmk, with hindsight now, you have to put it behind you and say new two weeks and in two weeks time the figures will have changed again, get back on the trusty old horse and you'll achieve your loss.

Good luck to everyone for the next two weeks, lets keep the FF's flag for determination and resolve flying.

Sarahjane
