MM Day 162 Creating routines
      23/06/2009 10:52

Over the past few days it seems that some of us are losing our motivation to keep moving more.I've realised that I need to incorporate a few moving more routines into my normal day so that they will become a habit ,like cleaning my teeth. The idea being that I will automatically do some exercise without even thinking about it..
I've decided to start with small things and hopefully they will be easier to remember and I'm more likely to do them.So each day I'm going to target 2 areas of my body that need toning up.I'm going to do 30 Squats, before I have my shower, then I will use my small weights to do arm toning exercises whilst I'm waiting for the kettle to boil to make my morning coffee.
I'll be aiming to do other things too but will concentrate on just tthese 2 things .Just read through this and want to make it clear that Squats are my leg/thigh exercises and I'm not referring to performing a bodily function lol
