Does anyone do this? My osteopath has suggested it would help my back and i've found a local place what does small groups in a dedicated studio (or even private sessions).

It is a quite pricey but if it helps my back then i'm willing to pay. I did try a class before but I just didnt "get it" and felt the instructor couldnt get around to help everyone. I thought at least if I start with some private sessions it'll put me on the right track.

Any experiences?
