Hello Rosetta,I don't really think that there can be such a thing as a pre-determined or "best" time.It all depends when the time agenda is right for you, and when you meet the right person who is happy to settle down and have children with you too.I married at 30 (following an earlier broken engagement in my twenties) and was keen to get on with it and have children straight away - by the time I was 32,I'd had a boy and a girl and felt (and still do) truly happy with my lot!
