Wow, so lovely to get replies, I'm new to the site so wasn't sure what to expect. Thank you.

We are a couple, really looking for walking and history - some siteseeing. I like wandering small towns to soak up the culture, stop have a coffee - watch the world go by in another language -so to speak. Not looking for nightlife other than restuarants.
