Hi ladies,
I got this book a few weeks ago and it is absolutely fab. Just a word of warning though if you are making cupcakes the recipe makes about 18 muffin cases I think it is done to american standards. The second time I did them I did 3/4 of the recipe and it made 12 decent sized cupcakes. Also the same thing with the lemon cake it came out HUGE so next time I would 1/2 it or make two.
Have made quite a few of the recipes now and they taste fab according to my family ( I don't eat sweet stuff).
Please post and let me know how you get on.
