the hummingbird bakery cookbook

I've just treated my self to the Hummingbird Bakery cookbook - my, it's lush the pics are mouth watering, I can't wait to try some of the recipees, which look really easy to follow. I shall start with the carrot cake as I'm doing afternoon tea for some of the lovely forum ladies at the weekend and it's one of the cakes that has been requested. Its a gorgous book and well worth a place on the book shelf.
