Hi 3marchpickle, If I were you I would talk to the Education Welfare Officer who is responsible for your duaghter's old Primary School. If you phone your Education Area Office, they should be able to put you in touch with her. EWOs don't just deal with attendance, but with every issue involving children's education, and also with any complaint a parent may have about a school.
