We went to St Ives last year (3 days) but boy did we do alot in those few days. Padstow is much nicer than I thought - great walk over the hills, Minnock open air theatre is a must- especially the beach. Lots of clifftop walks, St. Ives is a must too, great restaurants, and then walk along to Porthminster beach and have a lunch at the famous cafe on the beach while you are there.
