Hi dec,mjm,jud,sella,gilley,thimble and everyone

I don't get very far with the counting backwards, but I agree that it's the being in a state of relaxation that's important. That reminds me, I really need to listen to pmk more regularly.
Can't say I find his voice sexy, gilley - but hey, if it works for you! lol
Thimble, I don't think it matters about taking in everything he says - it works in your subconscious anyway. I was really sceptical at first, but it really does work.
