I'm no Gok but I think you should wear separate skirts and tops - dark colours from the waist down and brighter colours on top to draw attention to the neck and face! Layer tops as well with different colours to compliment each other, always use accessories. Skirts should be below the knee with a heal. Try petite ranges in Principles, Monsoon, Wallis and Debenhams has a personal shopper to dress you (I think sometimes this can be a little off putting, but my friend swears by it!) Remember never to wear clothes that swamp you as this can make you look bigger, but you sound in perfect proportions to me. Remember make up and hair and to walk tall - Go for it girl - Good Luck.
