I have just got a text from her saying she has had her operation and all went as well as can be expected. Sadly she had to have her breast removed due to the size and advancement of the cancerous lump.
As expected her OH and son are with her for this evenings visiting time so I have agreed to go tomorrow afternoon. What on earth can I take in for her. I hate to go and see her empty handed. Any suggestions or ideas would be welcome.
I must say a big thank you to all those who have keep in touch, enquired and PM me recently as to how my friend was doing. I will be sure to pass on your best wishes to her.
