OK, here,s my wish list, I want to take pleasure in having a daily walk have more flexibility enjoy a variety of exercise lower my blood pressure Sleep soundly have a more relaxed attitude to life.
In 90 days time I hope, I will look slimmer, My muscles will be stronger and firmer, My blood pressure will be normal, My posture will have improved, My back will ache less. I'll feel more confident and relaxed.
