...stay on here after 9.15, as I have so much to do!
Just gonna make yself a cuppa and come back for 15 mins, than I will go for my walk .I need to do lots of running around today so hopefully this will count to my "Moving More " regime.I will;
1.Park in the furthest car parking space 2.Use the stairs where possible 3.Put lots of elbow grease into my cleaning 4.Make lots of trips up an down stairs when I am tidying 5.Go on Wii tennis for 20 mins (or more if I cant beat the virtual players))
Hope as many of you as possible are feeling positive and motivated.For those of you who aren't , remember, the long nights of winter are getting shorter and shorter and before we know it, it will be spring with warmer weather and more sunlight. Even if you don't feel like you can get out there and do masses of walking, just moving that little bit extra everyday helps.
