Hi Ashbee, I am so pleased to hear that Mr. A has purchased a light box and I really hope that he sees some positive results soon. If he is using it every day, he should start to feel a bit better in a week ot two. Ashbee, it's bright as it mimics natural sunlight. I know what you mean though, I felt the same when we first got ours, but you do get used to it. It is such a pure, fresh, white light, that you can't help but be up-lifted by it. Let us know how Mr. A gets on. Lisa. x
