Went OK, I think! We walked just over 4 miles in an hour and 10 minutes. No idea if that's good or not, but we'd only just warmed up, so we are certainly going further on our next walk on Sunday.
The new trainers were great, no rubbing or blisters - yet!!!
Only thing is my lower back is now aching a bit, and my knees are a little achy too. Anyone have any ideas of something I can buy to support both these areas???
