We usually have around 30-40 on our monthly walk and all women (and a few kids sometimes!) It's a great way to meet new people as everybody chats with everybody else so you won't bw made to feel like a new member - people are joining all the time so there's always new ladies in the group. We have all ages from 18-72 currently, and there's a really good mix right through the ages. We walk in and around our area (North West) so coming up we have Sale Water Park, Marbury, Chatsworth and New Mills. The monthly walks are usually around 5 miles and quite an 'easy' level - sometimes there are some hills to negotiate! We also have some extra walks added that are longer and more strenuous and these will always be clearly described!
