You are quite right about the drinking and dehydration - I find sometimes when I am tired and sluggish having a glass of water is quite rejuvinating, unfortunatly its always an effort to turn to water instead of hot chocolate or wine when feeling out of sorts.
I always intend to have lemon and hot water in the mornings but never remember to buy the lemons or can't be bothered to squeeze the things, so for the last couple of months I have been having Twinings "Morning Detox" tea - which I can totally recomend.
