I have tried two sets of seeds .First off was the Asda seed mix (50p) on the wholefoods display near the fruit and veg and the other brand was called Food Doctor Essential seed from Tesco( fancy plastic jar more expensive nearer £2).Neither was the organic version.I can't honestly remember if I noticed after Seed mix 1 or 2.
It sort of crept up on me in a lightbulb moment that my eyelashes were thicker and all I could put it down to was the introduction of the seeds.
As for my hair,my hairdresser thinks my hair is thicker. Me ? well I'm not sure. Perhaps a bit but I am on thyroxine and certain areas are a bit thinner ontop.
It wouldn't hurt to try for yourself. After all, all the health and food articles I've been reading lately recommend that you add nuts and seeds to your diet.If you find that your eyelashes don't grow, you're still getting the goodness from the seeds.
The seed mixes do contain large whole seeds so I put them in the liquidiser bit of my food processor and grind them up fairly small and keep them in a jar in the fridge. They should also be kept in the dark.
Let me know how you get on. It may take a few weeks before you see any change.
