Hi everyone, I know it's a bit late in the day and I've not got much to add to what's already been said but I'm here anyway! Blossom,you asked for movement ideas,an idea that I read in R. Conley's book is don't sit and watch adverts on TV.Get up and walk round instead or,better still run up and down the stairs. Park your car a bit further away from your destination than you need to and walk that bit further. I've just found the pedometer that I've had for a couple of years and I'm going to use it again.It really does help to have a bit of a competition with yourself! I also have ankle weights that I haven't been using so I'm going to get them out again.Carrying the extra weight burns more calories. We will all be much fitter and healthier by the end of 2009.We can do it.And let's all tell ourselves that we are already gorgeous at whatever weight we are.Have,in Sella's words,a pampering pause every day because we are so worth it!
