Hi, Im new too and have just signed up to the free 5 day trial of the Woman and Home diet.
I still have some bits and pieces to eat up so I wont do the diet too seriously til Monday when Ill join properly and then sign up month by month.
Ive done weightwatchers and lost a couple of stone but I never get to goal! Something comes up and knocks me off track. I was 7lbs away from goal once and now Im back to about 3 stone to lose....again!
Also did Cambridge for a few months, its good and gets instant results but I really missed real food at every meal and inbetween so came off that before Xmas!
So, this is it this time (how many times have I said that?!) especially as Im now 36 and it definately gets harder as you get older!
