Eat less, move more.

Edited to add: I'm sorry I was a bit flippant but I get so cross when I see the amount of money 'they' make from people looking for a quick fix diet.

Dieting is short term and generally follows the principle of cutting out BAD and eating lots of GOOD. That's all very well but the voices in our head want the BAD stuff because they feel deprived. Then they end up stuffing in more of the BAD stuff than they would normally and then quitting a diet vowing to do it again another day.

There is no GOOD or BAD food, just eat a bit less of everything and move a bit more.

Rant over, I get SO cross about diets
