Hi all, Can anybody tell me which is the easiest and best diet to follow? I have never actually followed a diet plan because I worry I wont stick to it, but with so many around now all offering different things I am very confused!!! But would really like to give 1 ago weight creeping on so not happy! Thinking of weight watchers, but not sure if to do it on line or go to a meeting. Got to be easy to follow and still have the odd treat. Help!!
