Walking! Lots of walking. I did 6 miles today and 5 miles the day before yesterday, and if you do it with someone else it's very sociable. We have a group of 5 walkers and we get together whenever we can, once or twice a week and involve OH's when possible. Dancing is great fun too and brilliant exercise. I have to do something that is fun. A gym wouldn't do it for me but a walk and a good laugh is wonderful for mind and body.
