Skipping's great for the heart...I did 100 skips before porridge a fortnight ago, thought I'd started something good and haven't done any since! Got a couple of fitness DVDs for Christmas but feel tired thinking about it. I walk a lot but MUST do some fat-burning exercise. Mrs T and everyone- how on earth do you get the motivation to even start???!!!!
