Good afternoon, gilley and Spanishlady. Gilley we've all had days like that when we seem to feel really hungry for no good reason. Just go with the flow, as long as you are really hungry, and not just thirsty or bored.

SL's suggestion of a big bowl of soup is one that I would second. I always feel better when I've had some fruit and/or veg, as a change from all the stodge, and your digestive transit will thank you for it later
