Thank you HappyTigger! I hurt my knee after walking on the treadmill every day for 30 minutes earlier last year so I think I'll just do every other day for a start. I get very bored though. Maybe I'll take my laptop out there and read up on the forum! Good luck with your ribs, that must have hurt!
