Exercise - how, what and when?

OK, I accept I have to exercise more in 2009.
I have a treadmill in the garage and a normal bicycle. How and when should I be doing what?
I hate exercise but I'm smart enough to know if I do it I can eat what I like
Anyone got a Wii Fit thingybob? Should I try a mini-trampoline, a skipping rope, anything?
