Sallykins,

I do parboil mine but I don't think it's necessary. So why do I do it, well, I'm doing the 'tatoes so may as well chuck the parsnips in for a few minutes too!

Enjoy. I think I will do mine with honey tomorrow... hmmm love parsnips.
