Well done everyone!
Haven't been on here for ages and really miss you all! Extremely busy at work - in fact I'm still here everyone else has gone home! Up to my eyes at home too, but I'll be back soon!

Thank you all for your support and encouragement, especially mjm for keeping us in check. I joined the Flabuless Forumers in August and have lost 21 lbs!!!! I could never have done it without you.

Have a very happy Christmas, looking fabulous, and enjoying every mouthful! and all the best for a flabuless 2009!
