Alex, I like dancing and although I haven't done it for a while I find the Slim and Salsacise DVD easy to follow and it has different levels of workout. I used to use Rosemary C's aerobics videos years ago and I've found them quite straight forward and easy to follow. It's perhaps not as stylish and energetic as some but at least I can do it.
I'd heard reports that the Strictly Come Dancing one was difficult and it is. So far I've only watched Erin on Cha Cha, and even though I've done ballroom, latin and salsa lessons in the past and was familiar with the steps she doesn't break it down enough for me to follow through. Perhaps when I've watched it a bit more I'll catch on but I don't know how anyone who hasn't done dance would cope.
Valaber,I impressed myself when I thought up the dent in sedentary - it just popped into my head. Do you think I have a future as a gag writer? I sympathise with you over D losing her purse. You may be lucky at the police station, there are some honest folk out there. My middle son did the same thing with his wallet at Manchester airport when he was about 11; no cards but all of his holiday money. It never turned up. Same boy also left his wallet on a plane once but we did get that back eventually. We were coming home so there wasn't much in it. The best one was ES, who, left a CD carrier containing about 100 CDs in a phone box and didn't realise until he got home. We went straight back and found a note in the phone box saying "If you have left anything here call in a the shop opposite." He did, and got the whole lot back. We bought some chocolates for the lady who'd handed them in.
Mjm, you may feel fat but you don't look it, think of those skinny jeans .
