Sally, that sounds delicious - will be trying that today!! I love most vegetables, salad and fruit - I should be sylphlike but I'm not!! Have discovered risotto and love it!! Home made oven chips with their skins left on - sprayed with a little oil and sprinkled with paprika & cayenne pepper - baked in hot oven until brown & crisp. Serve with a dip made with fat free greek yogurt, minced garlic and chopped chives. Healthy but yummy!!!! Will definitely try the sweet potato recipes. I don't use salt for cooking - haven't done for more than 20 years. Not just hungry - famished now!!!!! Anne xx
