I was given this advice a few weeks ago and it's obvious really and so true. 'Nothing changes if nothing changes' - it's fast becoming my mantra. If you make just small changes in your life then bigger changes can follow. Eating slowly and conciously are the two changes I find the most difficult. Even after over 100 days, I still find myself rushing meals occasionally and I must say that when I do, I tend to feel uncomfortably full yet not 'satisfied'. By not taking the time to enjoy what I'm eating, I feel 'cheated'. I haven't enjoyed the full flavours of the food - just rushed it down. Maybe 'must try harder' should be my other mantra Anne xx
