DAY 106, Sunlight....
      14/07/2008 09:02

Could make you slim!!

Good morning girls, are you getting enough??

Its lovely here this morning Ive been outside to fill up the bird nuts and the heat hit me, wow, that makes a change!

The action of sunlight on your skin produces vitamin D - and without this you absorb only 10% of the calcium you take in (with it, this increases to 80-90%). That is bad for anyone who wants to lose weight, recent research has revealed that calcium turns fat storing cells into fat burning ones!, so aim to get outside for 30 minutes a day to boost your vitamin D levels, and it will also lift your mood.

Im off to have my cappuccino out side with the birds.

7 days to go until next weigh in, so make the most of it girls.
