Sella, that's a good idea - I think I ought to try that for everything. I have noticed my portion sizes getting smaller too - but I do have this compusion to finish whatever is on my plate, so that's a good way to deal with the full signal. If I don't feel full, I have resolved to wait a few minutes before topping up - sometimes,I find it takes a while to cut in.
MJM, the mini-icecreams are great - my d. was complaining about how small they are, but I find it's enough.
My exercise today was gardening - first day for weeks it's been fit to get out there. I'm very achey though so will really aim for swimming tomorrow - I don't have to leave for work until 10 am so that gives me time.
