Dont worry AlexP, I will be with you all the way and even if I lose my 3 stone before you ( and remember its not a race) I will carry on supporting and encouring you until you get to where you want to be.

I am off out tonight to a Grand dance, a real Ballroom, quickstep, Latin and American jive dance. I have the new dress, the new shoes, the new figure, the new resolve, the new confidence but luckily I still have the old husband, well he,s not old but hes not new either. But he,s all mine and I love him but best of all he loves me, just as I am, 2+ (now) stone overweight!!

Have a great weekend girls, I have a 12 hour shift tomorrow but I will look in on you when I get home tomorrow evening.X
