I have just finished my stepping and I am tucking into the most enormous fruit salad, full of all the super berries, and yoghurt.
OH has just come home and I can smell bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms and toast wafting thro from the kitchen. And to be totally honest, Im happy with my fruit and yogurt, cant finish it tho, my eyes were bigger than my belly!!
